• Children under 5 years of age – free of charge,
• Purchase a discounted ticket for holders of a school, student or EURO 26 ID card,
• Purchase of a discounted ticket for seniors +65 years – upon presentation of an ID card,
• Purchase of a concessionary ticket for an invalid and his/her guardian – upon presentation of a Group I invalid card or, in the case of minors, a severe disability certificate,
• The passes must be used by the end of the season in which they were purchased (until 31.10.this year),
• Tickets must be used up to 180 days from the date of purchase; for two-way tickets, entry and exit are carried out on the same day,
• Unused tickets are not refundable,
• Claims are processed on the basis of the receipt,
• A refundable deposit of PLN 10 is charged when purchasing a pass,
• The pass is assigned to one person. Personalization and identification takes place when you first pass through the control gate. (Note!!! Use of the pass by a person other than the one registered during personalization will result in its cancellation without refund of the purchase cost),
• Tickets must be retained and scanned at the access system turnstile readers located on the platforms,
• Pregnant women and group I invalids with their caregivers are entitled to purchase a ticket out of turn,
• Dogs are transported free of charge. They should be on a leash and have a muzzle on,
• Baby carriages and wheelchairs fit in the carriage if they do not exceed the dimensions of 80 x 130 cm,
